Product Description


Sanitary Design:
Stencil head will be blocked automatically to prevent the cream leaking onto the chain when the machine is stopped or failure of bottom biscuit feeding has been detected. The chain is automatically cleaned and dried. Space under the sandwiching table is empty and with collecting in trolleys to collect and remove the waste.
Easy Operation:
The biscuit guide bars can be adjusted simultaneously to simplify the exchange between different biscuits. Touch screen control, it provides combined control and individual control for biscuit and cream feeding, stacking, etc. 

High Speed:
The sandwiching speed can reach up to 600 sandwiches/min for each single lane.


Main Machine
Biscuit detector: photoelectric detection biscuit jamming, automatic stop cream feeding when alarming the lack of biscuit, and resume cream feeding after testing test to biscuit.
Brush Cleaner: Rotary brush roller is dipped in an alcohol pool, clean the chain. An air blowing nozzle will dry the cleaned chains.
Scrap recovery: Removable scrap trays are equipped for simple scrap collection and machine cleaning.


Biscuit Feeding

Biscuit feeding by front and rear vibrating biscuit feeding system.
Consists of “V” shape grooves and vibrating mechanism.
Frequency inverter control, the speed will be synchronizing with main machine.


Cream Hopper

Cream feeding and main machine individually designed for easy cleaning,     and use SUS304 stainless steel pipe for feeding cream.

Sandwich material bucket equipped with thermostatic apparatus, total capacity: 100L
1 set of special designed rotor pump (SUS304), feed material to1 set of stencil head.
Speed of the rotor pump can be adjusted individually or combined with main machine.
Stencil head: consists of stator, rotor and depositing mould, made of SUS304, change the depositing mould ring for different size of cream.
