A. Rollers

B. Adjustment of sheet thickness: Slidinig block type, adjusting the bottom roller to adjust the sheet thickness. Upward and downward adjustment adopts screw rod and gear worm reducer. Each side adjustment. The thickness of the sheet is digitally displayed on each gague roll, controlled by PLC, the error is within +- 0.01mm.
C. Two drive:
Roller driving motor: 1st gague roll :1.1kw ；2nd gague roll 2.2kw; 3rd gague roll 5.5kw
Belt linear speed:1st gague roll: 8m/min ; 2nd gague roll: 5m/min
3rd gague roll 30m/min adjustable.
