High Quality Laminator. This machine has the functions of roling, sheet cutting, laminating and flour dusting. Dough is rolled into sheets and then the dough sheet is cut into slices, laminated to 8-16 layers and conveyed to gague rolls.
A. Include feeding and rolling function. Feeding roller diameter: 300mm*3pcs, power:2.2kw, working width:1020mm.
B. Rolling roller diameter 230mm*4pcs, 2groups, the first group rolling power is 1.5kw, the second group rolling power is 3kw, working width 520mm.
C. The reciprocating motion for laminating of top and bottom trolley is controlled by servo motor, and the drive of top trolley is also controlled by servo motor.
D. The dough sheet is cut before overlaping, the fresh dough will be always on the surface of dough sheet to ensure smooth bischit surface.
E. With wire mesh vibrating dust flour spreading machine.
F. Laminated layers: 8~16 layers.
G. The conveyor belt is easy to change, drive roller is easy to take off.
H. Front and back of the machine will use orangic glass cover, top of the machine will have cover also.
I: Separate electric cabinet, dust flour spreading machine will be designed based on customer's request, the width is adjustable, the dust flour is on top of the dough.
