APEX sandwiching technology can be configured to produce double or triple sandwich, filled or spot-deposited biscuits with double color cream or single color cream, directly in line with oven or off line. It is high speed with 600 sandwiched biscuits per lane per minute. We have one lane, two lanes, three lanes, four lanes, five lanes, and six lanes sandwiching machine.
1. Safety Design:
◪ The machine is with safety cover to protect the safety of operators. While the cover is opened, the machine will stop running.
◪ Use Rittal IP67 grade electrical cabinet, the door can not be opened if the power circuit is not shut off.
◪ All of food touching parts use food grade material. And the food touching surface of stainless steel are pickled passivated.
2. Easy Change-Over And Operation:
The biscuit guide bars can be adjusted simultaneously to simplify the exchange between different biscuits. When you need to change the size and shape of the sandwiched cream. You don't need to change the whole stencil head, you need only change the mould ring which is very easy to be taken out and installed.
Touch screen control, it provides combined control and individual control for biscuit and cream feeding etc. We also have Jog button for convenient adjustment.
The concentricity of the cream position on the biscuits can be adjusted easily. The backward/forward adjustment of the relative position of the cream and biscuits are adjusted by servo motor.
All of the above advantages will ensure our customer obtain high efficiency, less waste and time loss, high quality sandwiches and good using experience.
All Wiring are enclosed which is safe for cleaning; Simple chain tension mechanism HMI With Jog Button used for machine adjustment Running parts with Visible Cover. Waste collecting trolleys are equipped under the machine. Use buttons to adjust the relative (front and rear off center) position between cream and biscuits. The adjustment is performed and controlled by a servo motor The cover is equipped with protection switch. The machine will stop running while the cover is opened. Discharging device for unqualified sandwiches without top or bottom shells. The Top Transition from Sandwiching Machine to Multiplier can be opened, easy for cleaning. The two transition chains are installed at two sides. No chains are above products to ensure food safety. The Cover for Top Transition from Sandwiching Machine to Multiplier can be opened. The protection switch of the cover is enclosed and not easy to be damaged.
