Product Introduction
High Quality Gauge Roll. Through three or gauge rolls, the sheet thickness is gradually reduced to required thickness. The thickness of dough sheet can be precisely displayed  and controlled. Machine can be adjust by manual also can be by touchu screen.
Product Details

A. The 1st and rolling roller diameter: 300mm, the 3rd rolling roller diameter 400mm, the thickness of roller wall is 60mm. Deviation in roundness of roller: 0.015mm.

B. Adjustment of sheet thickness: Sliding block type, adjusting the bottom roller to adjust the sheet thickness. Upward and downward adjustment adopts screw road and gear worm reducer. Each side adjustable. The thickness of the sheet is digitally dispalyed on each gauge roll, controlled by PLC, the error is within +- 0.01mm.

C.Roller driving motor: 1st gauge roll: 1.1kw;   2nd gauge roll 2.2kw;   3rd gauge roll 5.5kw Belt driving motor: 1st gauge roll: 0.75kw;   2nd gauge roll 1.5kw;   3rd gauge roll 2.2kwBelt linear speed: 1st gauge roll: 8m/min;   2nd gauge roll: 5m/min;   3rd gauge roll 30m/min adjustable.

d. Belt：PU true tracking belt.

e. Above of dough there is blowing device, blower  power 350W. 

f. Pneumatic tracking system.

g. The conveyor belt is easy to change, drive roller is easy to take off. 

h. The bottom of the machine has cover.
